WWH Group, Inc. is organized to operate within the asset management industry as a collateralized debt structure. The core business model has at its focus the construction of portfolios of high-yield, private-issue industrial loans and other credit products to include commercial real estate loans, commercial mortgages, secured, bridge funding loans, commercial construction loans, investment-grade bank debt obligations and other collateral assets. These loans will include loans to companies with projects that positively influence and uplift humanity through the “9 Keys For Life”.

WWH Group, Inc. will appoint collateral managers to manage the investment and trading of the collateral assets that are skilled at investing, trading, investment research, and financial engineering.

Mr. Dastrup is currently President of Worldwide Foods and leader of the Food Key of the 9 Keys for Life. Mr. Dastrup has a long career in Food Manufacturing. Previously CEO and President of Honeyville Grains Inc., and nearly 40 years with Kens Foods (Boston) and Campbell Soup Co. (New Jersey). Educated at Utah State (81) and Fairfield University - MBA (93). Tom has a distinguished Food manufacturing career, has successfully managed major operations within the United States and has successfully led small to large businesses from negative to positive EBITDA performance results.

Mr. Milner is an experienced and recognized leader of nearly 20 years in the Hospital & Healthcare Industry with a demonstrated history. He was the Executive Vice-President of Aviacode, Inc. He is particularly skilled in medical coding solutions, healthcare consulting, strategic planning, physician relations, physician practices, and Medicare. Mr. Milner has over a decade of business development and leadership experience. Prior to joining Aviacode, he served as President & CEO of Pacific Southwest Properties Inc. Under his leadership Pacific Southwest was involved with some of the country’s premier properties valued at nearly a billion dollars. Mr. Milner was formally President & CEO of Advanced Communication & Design, a communications company responsible for providing cable, fiber optic and computer network solutions to companies such as Marriott, United States Postal System, Sundance Ski Resort and many others.

Mr. Wiese is a seasoned finance executive and a biotech entrepreneur. He earned a BS in Accounting and Computer Science from Southern Adventist University and an MBA from Crummer School of Business at Rollins College. He started his career as an auditor at Ernst & Whinney where he was licensed as a CPA and practiced public accounting. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of AdventHealth for over 10 years in which he developed and lead many sophisticated financing transactions. During his tenure at AdventHealth he strengthened its financial position from being cash deprived with limited access to capital to where it had abundant access to capital with around $1 billion in cash and marketable securities that he actively managed. His tenure at AdventHealth was profiled in a cover story for Healthcare Finance with a quote from Cynthia Keller, a director in the health care ratings group at Standard & Poor's, "I'm impressed with the knowledge of Calvin and his staff. They are just a lot more sophisticated than most hospitals or hospital systems". He has spent over 15 years leading biotech projects.
